Residential Rental Registry

In instances when residential properties are rented to others, rather than owner-occupied, the Village Board has determined that accurate and current contact information is needed to facilitate timely communication with property owners regarding potential issues related to property conditions and/or violations of the Village Code and/or the laws of the State of New York.

Please use the online form below to submit an application for the Village of Chester's Residental Rental Registry. Alternatively, you can download a copy of the Residental Rental Registry Statement, fill out the form, and submit it to the Building Department.
