NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

VILLAGE OF CHESTER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of the Village of Chester will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall, located at 45 Main Street, Chester, New York 10918, for a presentation and discussion concerning the proposed installation of surveillance cameras within the Village of Chester.

The purpose of the meeting is to present details regarding the installation and use of surveillance cameras and license plate reader (“LPR”) devices in the Village, focused only on publicly accessible locations and to discuss the benefits, and any potential concerns. Public input and discussion will be encouraged following the presentation.

All residents and interested parties are invited to attend. Written comments may be submitted to the Village Clerk at Village Hall or via email at [email protected] prior to the meeting.
